This is so beautiful. When I read the translation in the description box, it brought and brings every time tears to my eyes.

This is an amazing prayer/chant. Seriously better than any other waking up routine. After over 3 months it really sets up my day. Whatever happens good or bad, I see in context and move through unstressed.
Would recommend to those not particularly religious. What works works - I dont think one has to understand whys or wherefores. It just works.
Anyho nothing to lose - give it a go.
