This house is for 3 siblings' separate family.
It’s Simple ,Suttle but not Sustainable….Reason being Rupees depreciation against the dollar..Rs loses its value by 4%every year…No paperwork on these houses,it’s like buying a car without paperwork..People planning on building expensive houses in Shichak Pls b mindful of where ur hard earned money is going into…Building a expensive house in Shichak u ll lose money especially if it’s foreign remittances…Everything that glitters isn’t Gold…If u hv just won a lottery than its fine.Remember Housing n rent is very expensive in USA..So bcareful what u do with the money ur kids or family members send from abroad.

I m not saying don’t build a House,I m saying build a modest house..In most cases a 4BHK house will b as comfortable as a 2 floor 10Bhk house..n rest of the amount invest..So this is a win win situation for both sides..What I m saying is don’t b HOUSE POOR..House poor basically means putting all ur money in a house after which u don’t hv anything left to do other things eg medical bills,Holidays,Children college fees,Charity ect ect.I live in India.All my money is not tied to my house..Most of my money is tied to my assets like rental incomes.beacuse of which thankfully I don’t hv to rely on my bro n sisters for money abroad..Beacuse I don’t want their money they Hv been able to purchase 3 homes there n also able to come to India every year on vacation n meet Pala.I presume u live abroad,Imagine if u can meet ur old parents every year.How Happy will they b.
I was told that Tibetan Shichak Government has documents saying these lands were given to Tibetans and we can have it until we get our country back.
@@bhod2ari For proper land purchase u need Sale deeds n Registration Paper from Land Reform papers from State Govt.N during the time of building a House u need Building plan from Municipal office,if the land is in Panchayat area u need building plan from Panchayat office.If ur land is in green zone than u don’t get building plan.
