Peak season travel is so expensive! We did a cruise last summer in July because we weren't sure if we were going to stop homeschooling and wouldn't be able to go off season, it was over double the cost that it would have been in Aug
Great video, I love saving for vacations, but my wonderful husband surprised me with a trip for our 30th anniversary! I'm trying not to stress about the expense and just enjoy!💛🌻
Oh I'm not knocking anyone that gets comped travel but I see so many people comparing themselves. It isn't just travel it's everything...fashion, beauty lifestyle. Social media takes a lot of joy from people cause people are always I wish I could do that
I know!!! But I have seen so many vlogs of extreme budget back packets who brag about spending $30 per day and they don't travel back to suddenly having a luxury experience in the Maldives.... I mean if I got comps I would be thrilled but the amount of people that hide it are more than you think

I've had comments that "I could never save that long I just go when I want"
Obviously, I get a lot of comped travel, but that's also why I'm very transparent of how much I spend on each trip.
