Sprill: How to Make Morning Oat | Meal Prepped Breakfast

  • If you are busy with school or work, this is a simple, cheap meal that can be meal prepped in roughly 10-15 minutes and will stay fresh all week.
    Ingredients:
    Almond Milk
    Whole Grain Oats
    Bananas
    Mixed Berries
    Flax Seed
    Whey Protein
    Pour oats into tupperware. Next, add protein powder and add 1 scoop to the oats. Mix together. Then, slice up a banana and dispense into the container. Distribute berries evenly among all containers. Finally, add a small handful of flax seed to the container. Put all containers into the fridge for storage. The night before using a meal, pour the almond milk into the tupperware and let sit overnight. If you are in a rush and forget, you can always do this step in the morning, but I advise getting quick oats if that is the case. Enjoy!
