This is the best explanation of the odd count turn! I have avoided odd count till now. And I love this bracelet!

I don't know how many times I have watched this, but I FINALLY got it. I don't know what took so long but I have always liked the appearance of this. Now I can go pick out beads and make it. I know what I will be doing while I am watching football and NASCAR tomorrow! Thank you so.

That's quite a lot of complicated beading but the bracelet looks worth it. Your instructions were absolutely magnificent though and using letters to label the beads is brilliant. I look forward to trying this out soon and thank you for sharing.

It's so interesting to see how everyone does their O/C Peyote turn. I've seen it done in 3 or 4 different ways. My belief is, if it works for you, it is the "correct" way. I think it's good to try all of them, though.

It is a lovely pattern and after a while I got it thanks to the repetition of the pattern, but did wish your camera orientation was the other way around as it would have been a bit easier to follow the technique. Thank you for sharing.

I also prefer it when the camera is facing the other way.

The light just came on! I have started this bracelet 4 times and couldn't figure out why I wasn't at the correct end to start the addition of the 5 beads, I just realized that I had to work my way back to the correct end after the addition of the last bugle bead. Hope this helps someone else that is confused.

I FINALLY managed to do it. It would help if she didn’t say bead as I thought she was saying B. It’s hilarious 😂😂

Lovely pattern, and I love the CLASP! Where can we buy that particular clasp? Thanks!

Pretty, pretty!!!! I am overjoyed to see a bracelet tutorial with beads that I have in my stash. One question, on odd count peyote, doesn't the criss-crossing of threads on one side make it stiffer than the other side?

  • @katielyb

I would very much like to learn how to make the clasp on the bracelet you initially showed us. Mostly because I think it looks much prettier but also to save on materials.

Hi Katie, Thank you - we'll have to work on a tutorial for a beaded clasp! We do have a lot of tutorials that are free to download from our website right here www.spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk/product-category/jewellery-making-tools-supplies-books-magazines-patterns-patterns-instant-download/

Okay, I see where I'm having trouble now. There's times when you're referring to A beads as B beads
