Well I think that guy needs to ask himself what specific qualities does Korone have that makes him like her, and then try to find a girl that has those qualities.
Of course everyone is different but people also share similarities too.

About the height increase wish. Just in case there's some growing teens here. Sleep is key. Good rest is a key part of your growth. Similarly if you want to develop muscles, sleep is when it happens because that's when your body rests and focuses on regeneration.
The exercise you do is the stimulation to get your body to develop your muscles more as it regenerates. Good sleep also helps with weight loss.
So good quality sleep is key... Which I understand may be hard with all the Vtubers there are to watch... Good luck.
