@ForTheAllMightyDollar Probably fabric paint from a hobby store like Joanne's or Hobby Lobby, maybe even walmart or Home Depot. Just make sure it's made for the material you're painting, which is probably nylon.
The expensive vest reminds me of my own cosplay I did for Irregular Militia from the game called “Squad” and the vest I bought for the impression cost half a grand and it was from a seller from east Asia on eBay, it was super hard to find since it’s a Russian vest and almost all vedors that had the vest are obviously unavailable due to the embargo.

Will a molle system vest fit under the chest rig? And what are good substitute airsoft masks for the fm12? I’m on a budget, so the cheaper the better.😂

Avon brand S10 or FM12 depending. They're easy to find in the UK, but not so much in the US. I think the game devs went out of their way to make a lot of his equipment as a sort of mash up of different stuff to avoid potential copyright or something.
