Great Content Ryan.
Awesome ryan
The federal government also invested in Windsor for the 2 new plants.
love it ❤
Great video, but investors are parasites ruining it for the locals who are trying to buy a house.
100% right! So many Windsorites born and bred cannot afford to live in their own city anymore in both the rental and purchase markets! Getting that high dollar from T.O. or foreign investment seems to be the major motivation of pretty much all agents these days and while I really like Ryan and think his videos are pretty great, some of that lingo about bringing in MORE from T.O. hit me a bit 🤢. Much of the immigration & non-Canadian students here now also help raise the markets because of schools advertising overseas about a better life in Canada and the Citizenship they can get as a result of their education here, now with Grants! We sold and moved to the county 5 years ago because it didn't feel like "home" anymore in Windsor and the surrounding homes across like 3 blocks seriously mostly all sold and became T.O. owned rentals and we were like the last house that wasn't. Plus, the street drug useage, increase in crime and the homeless problem has made the City almost unrecognizable to me and I was actually Homeless myself at one point! Even though it was 30+ years ago, I would have expected advances in this area to give aid to the homeless by now and see little differences but FAR MORE CRIME and FAR LESS POLICE INTEREST in addressing those crimes! Windsor was NOT like that prior to around 10 years ago now! Not in any way shape or form! The amount of people roaming the streets on drugs and homeless is absolutely terrible now and thank goodness I didn't have to be homeless in Windsor these days! In that way, Windsor really is beginning to be a lot more like T.O. these days but it could be because of all the people from Toronto there now, most of which are driving up those prices too! 🤣👍
Welcome to canaduh.
Guys, small investors have nothing to do with housing prices. There is not enough supply to meet demand in this country. When supply meets demand the price will find an equilibrium. Immigration has been at record breaking levels since 2016 and builders aren’t able to keep up.
@@domwatts8314 what part of Windsor we’re you living in?
Windsor has the highest unemployment in Canada
I was born and raised in Windsor. I moved away back in 99 but I miss it. I’d like to move closer but not sure if I would move back
cheaper for now, but just wait
My aunt and cousins have lived in windsor for 34 yrs.
Hello,
I plan to move to Windsor soon. I need to settle close to Collège Boréal for my studies and near a public French-speaking high school for the secondary education of my two children. Thank you for guiding me on which neighborhood to choose.
Areas close to the college aint too bad.
I’ve been watching your videos Ryan. I recently applied to St Clair College for May intake but I’m really skeptical about coming
I really do need an advice
Thank you
Hey bro you mentioned lakes where can I go sailing in windsor if I dont have a saleboat myself? Thanks for telling us about urban surf co.
Well, I mean you would need a boat and some serious knowledge about sailing to sail. Its not like operating a motor boat. there is more too it. You'd need to know someone with a boat. Lots of other fun you can have on the water though!
Please Ryan could you make videos for international students coming to study at St Clair? It’ll be of great help honestly
I’d really appreciate it
Thank you
I like to move in Windsor soon iam in Toronto nw
Ryan, my friends are moving to Windsor this year. We are following them. We ‘re moving away from crappy BC because it’s just too expensive. We both have mortgages. Can we call you for advice, help us look for a home, etc?
For sure! Give me a tmr or whenever you get this
Is flooding a serious issue to move to Windsor?
I have two important questions please: is housing in Winsdor affordable on general basis? I sm sure it could be cheaper than Toronto and Vancouver. Another question: if we wanted to seek hospitalizations or medical help in case we got sick can we go easily to nearby Detroit? I dont trust going to hospital in Canada due to long waiting list
As long as you have money
Hello from Turkey. I just found your channel. Sir.
How i can find job in windsor ? I am planning to come Windsor and live and work cuz i need to start new life. Do you think windsor is a good choice for starters? Or its a mistake ? Is there factories around city , for work, for new comers to canada ? Do you have any advices for me ?
Windsor has the highest unemployment in all of Canada, so the chances of an undocumented person getting a job is zero.
Any advice for me. I’d like to move to Windsor from Montreal.
Windsor is a great place! If you more specific questions feel free to shoot me a text or email

No you need at least 5% down to purchase a home
