Sir i have a doubt pls reply.. As per our standard we obtain undrstnding abt internal control in Sa 315.. we have also read in our book that we dont have to express opinion on internal control SA 265 but fir jo hum audit report mei annexure lgate hai internal financial cntrol ka voh kya hai fir...

In example you quoted, how the transportation of coal can be misstatement. It is just a situation in the company as far as I know, you can never call it as a error or fraud. By the way, I like your way of teaching these standards with examples...
