love the Eisenhower Matrix and I haven't been great at consistently using it. Your video did a great job explaining the how and why of this method and reminds me to put it to work! I don't want the important things to be so urgent that it feels like I'm putting out fires on the daily.
I occasionally use this and instead of delegating or deleting tasks, I set the urgent and important tasks to be my primary ones, the rest of the urgent tasks to be second, and important tasks to be my third focus etc. (If you find that you can delete tasks, you can go ahead. However, for me even non urgent and non-important tasks need to be completed for the most part so I set those tasks to be done last. For the most part I find that this just means that it takes more time, but it's still doable with my lifestyle.)

Aw thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!🥰
Is it a way for people who dont employ someone to use this? Like what can I do instead of delegate?
