in 2 days i sit together with a Blue team professional and based off how well i can do the interview i will be one of the first guys in my country to have a high position without a collage degree.
I'm almost a red teamer i'm so excited and i think these type of videos are healthy for anyone. Because gatekeeping knowledge even if it is things like malware is in my opinion bullcr$p... Yes the knowledge can be abused, but a knife can also be abused.
If we can see the code of how it works we can better understand in general and hopefully one day even the normal & average person will understand what a rootkit is and what the code looks like.
I feel so lucky to be enlightened with this corner of CZcams

Hey man, we need a full video on why you mentioned that Rust is a high level language and C# is a systems language in your "roadmap to learning malware" video. That was literally the wildest take I heard this year. I think a video breaking down your thought process regarding this highly triggering take would get a lot of views!
hey thanks for reaching out! not sure if you've seen the pinned comment in that video but I mentioned that it was a mistake. my c# experience is second to none haha! but i do stand by my point of rust being a high level language (still a systems language, but high level). its compiler has a lot more abstraction to ensure that the compiled binaries are memory safe and efficient.
@@CosmodiumCS Well I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. One last thing, what about the size of the bytes in Go, you've mentioned that it was one of the advantages of using Go in malware, could you elaborate on that? Thanks in advance.
