M23 didn't handover to EARF because they suddenly "saw the light" rather it has everything to do with military strategy. The military leadership of EARF drew a genius cornering strategy around the general area such that they'd be little escape routes for m23. Had m23 chosen to fight, it'd have led to mass casualties on their side essentially delaying their eventual defeat. The withdrawal is an attempt for them to regroup and use resources efficiently for a future fight.
They need to be watched and our military must stay ready to take them out! They are the reason Europeans don't respect Africans because some of our people are easily brought and manipulated to do evil! African diaspora is ready to return to the homeland and we need to get rid of the sellouts!!!!!!!
There is no international force helping them.... It's only East African Regional Force.

Let's take a step back. There's no rebelle group called M23. This is Rwanda in disguise. Rwanda started this in 1996 when They recruited LD. KABILA to overthrow Mobutu. Of course, it looked like rebellion, but the whole army forces were rwandans and Tutsi living in Congo. James Kabarebe, the military leader of this so-called rebellion, became later, general of RDF, then minister of defense.
The same plan has been in action until now. Rwanda wants a piece of Congo. He wants it occupied by the Tutsi living in Congo. As long as he doesn't get it, he'll continue to fight.
This withdrawal is simply due to pressure putting into Rwanda now. Kenya also has interests in Congo, but they have different approach. This is also the result of talks with Rwanda. No one in this group can make any major decision. It's all kagame, M7 and Kabarebe.
As a Congolese, I feel embarrassed because our leaders also played the game of kagame. Kagame has been for since 1996, the king maker in Congo. Felix is a traitor as well, and so was Kabila, who was even a former soldier in FPR, kagame's rebelle army.
All elections have been rigged. But if an independent Congolese leader takes power, things will change 180⁰. No nerd for external forces, Congo would have taken care of Rwanda. But, this is just a debt. Rwanda will pay one day.
Look how Rwandan militaries are trying to play the rebels appearance.
I thought Rwandans are also part of the EACRF, aren't they! If they are then what's wrong with their appearance in such a session? Interested parties in the Eastern DRC conflict are becoming too nervous to make any sensible comments.

After Antony J. Blinken sternly ordered Rwanda to withdraw its troops under the M23 rebels, the M23 did not withdraw - instead they regrouped to take other positions. The M23 is undoubtedly the Rwandan and Ugandan armies. The youths decided to organize themselves to protect the people in their villages - in return the M23 so far starts murdering people with machetes and bullets as they don't know who is in the local defense group. The European Union and the United Nations must act against the Kagame regime.
