The dilemma is that the Pakistani Courts believe that they are above the law and accountable to none. So, it does not matter how ridiculous a decision could be, if they decide to give it, then there is nothing to stop them. No moral or legal bindings for them.
I was/am a student of Advertising & the topmost priority of an Ad is to garner eyeballs with its: Headline if there isn't a visual which has to: "Outrageous!". Same goes with News; it has to be the same. Although this News Headline isn't outrageous, but a "plainspeak truth", boldly saidto the right people at the right time.

I vividly remember that I slept late night on Election day 2018 satisfied that PTI was winning comprehensively but when I woke up results were totally different. I was sure that the results have been managed.
The results were managed by about 40-45 seats !!

Pakistan as a society has convicted itself by not standing up to the tyranny of its military, inept judiciary, corrupt politicians and self-centred bureaucracy. I can’t help but think about the things IK would have accomplished if he had simple majority. He still did a lot but he was slowed down because of the nasty baggage of MQM and other pressure groups who were puppets of Bajwa. Wassalam.

I don't think that kangaroo 🦘 supreme court of Pakistan will be able to deliver a fair & legitimate descion on Imran Khan's release from jail. And neither PTI electoral sign. At least not before the election day. I might be wrong but that's my personal opinion in lieu of current scanrio.
