It looks like some kind of synth.
Looks like an Akai MPC - he's triggering that sample you can hear right at the start and then carries on throughout I think

I recognise the guitarist and percussionist, but I don't think I have seen the drummer or keys player before
Drummer is Jim Macrae - great mixing engineer too! (Mixed all of Jordan’s albums except this most recent one). Keys is Eliza Oakes - she’s an artist in her own right too.
