I'm not an expert either but I lived with a husband that had dementia for years and worked in nursing homes and this man has dementia and will not improve it will get worse.

I am 86 going soon on 87. I will say the days have me taking a nap to refresh my energy levels in the afternoon. I pretty much take care of my own grocery shopping, laundry, baed making, food choices... and yes... if Iwas president of the United States my responses would be to quickly turn my head and engage in the level of activity going on around me. This is something that has me wondering why Biden at the beginning has disputed a cognivity test and will not take one. At this point ow after almost 4 years... the policies that have been put in motion are completely mindless and political in the messages.
