Wonder if the situation has improved a little since that date. As everywhere (almost all towns in the country) all buildings are derelict, dilapidated, streets non existent. The inhabitants deserve decent housing, proper and safe streets and sidewalks; amazing how they coop and even are active in culture and sports. It's obvious central government is unable to reach out to these towns and villages, the one solution to drastically improve the impoverished condition is to partner with similar however rich foreign towns in exchange share their reach cultural and sports experience.
