So no matter what we still need to plug in the button to detect the camera and speakerphone ? If we connect to cx30 wifi and then start presentation can we still able to detect the camera and speakerphone?

Loved it, currently looking for a solution at the company I work. Quick question, what if the person joining the meeting doesn't have a computer? Is the computer-piece is a requirement for the system to function or does the "controller" or "hub" has somehow the ability to connect to let's say O365 meeting calendar?

Hello Renato, ClickShare conference is built on the concept of bring your own meeting. So you bring your own laptop, with your Teams, Zoom, Webex, ... client and meeting into the meeting room. When you plug in the ClickShare Conference Button you will be able to use the room camera, microphone and speakers on your own laptop. Similar to your Bluetooth carkit, but then for meeting rooms with video conferencing & via the ClickShare Button.

@@ingegovaerts9439 thank you! That’s what I thought. Any future plan for iPhone or Android devices support? I just thinking on a scenario where the user doesn’t have a laptop at the moment of the meeting or the battery dies for example...

Is the Rally Plus camera and speakers plugged into their respective display and table hubs then into the CX50 ….or are the 3 peripherals plugged directly into the cx50 individually?

For wireless conferencing with ClickShare Conference, you do need display and AV peripherals. When you only want to share content, you can use the ClickShare Present range for wireless presenting.

I have one question that in video 3:09min that you mentioned dont need to installation driver at Laptop, Can you confirm that actually no need any driver software for Button ?? When any visitor come to meeting room and he will be share screen by clicking button without installing any driver software on her/him Laptop ? waiting for your quick reply.

    • @ingegovaerts9439

      Hi there !
The ClickShare Button can perfectly work without any driver installed. Plug in the Button on your laptop and open the ClickShare App that is on the USB drive of the Button to get started
On Windows, when you plug in the Button, a driver will be automatically installed through the official certified Microsoft Driver store, this driver removes the hassle of you having to start the ClickShare App from the Button. So it will instantly launch the application when you plug in the Button. hope this helps !

But If windows user has no any admin access on her/him Windows Laptop then How the software will be installed on Windows. So what will happen ?
