Bamboo shoot pickle with ghost chilli |Bamboo shoot pickle recipe|easy recipe / bamboo shoots achar

This video is about making Bamboo shoot pickle with king chillies or ghost chilliies you will see the detailed recipes which is very easy to make achar. It's is a spicy pickle made using raw bambooshoot or boiled bamboo I prefer to use the boiled one in this video but it's up to you also sun-drying it will give a longer shelf life to a pickle. It's is bambooshoot season now so you can pickle them like this and store them for off seasons or you can earn money by selling it .

If want it sour then you should use the fermented one but it will become too sour so make sure you boil or washed it to balance the sourness i hope you find this helpful
