As long as Hugh Grosvenor pays 1-2% capital tax per year I'm happy for him to carry on as he looks like a hard-working young chap. Although I don't approve of hereditary titles as that discourages meritocracy. I'd be interested in how the rich set up a family trust and what the costs are.

why don't UK introduce inheritance tax so that society doesn't have entitled people who has never worked in a day in their life?
