So basically what you saying is we all need Ronaldo. These goals will always go in with a player of his quality. Why not try doing it with a play we can all afford.
Techinique is the same with all players, ofc it is more effective with Ronaldoz but it will work also with lowee players that have good stats at long shots. Ofc you won't try to make a long shot witha cdm that has bad stats at shooting
So show us shots with the players we are all using. Not a player that is so over powered you will score with 90% of shots you take.

My defense is pretty solid and so is the attack, until I get to the D or box. Once I am there, I don't know how to finish. I keep on passing the ball to the players until it is taken away by the opponent. When I try to hit the goal, ball is taken as I'm powering up the shot. Probably need to learn a few tricks to dodge the defenders near the goal.

There is no swerve and unpredictability with long range shots. Can you do that David Beckham halfway line long range shot in this game? Nope. If I'm silly enough to take a crazy long range shot from plus 40 yds, I should be able to. I remember when you could catch the keeper out of goal in older versions of fifa, but not now. If there is any links of longer range screamers please feel free to let me know 😊.

ok I am confused about the direction. In the second example Ovvy says to use the left analogue to give the ball a curve, but is it not the same thing as the direction of the shot? Doesn't every shot has to be directed to a certain spot, such as near or far post, anyways?

I don't play FIFA since FIFA 13 and now i got big problems with this game. I can't run anymore, every time i run, defenders are always ready to take the ball. Even with a fast player they run over me. When i try to defend i'm not so bad but sometimes it happen that i got 3 defenders around his attacker and they still can't touch the ball because he's protecting the ball.
How to dribble defenders? LT+RT or just LB? Or just analog movement..?

With Ronaldo you can score from middle of the pitch... Your tutorials are made with good players... Use cheap players and see if it works...

Love your videos but this “long shot” tutorial is garbage. In your other video you addressed that there was a bug while trying to attempt this types of shot (finesse shot animation). In my opinion you should have waited after the upcoming update to release this tutorial. GG!
