I Make a Leather Label for my First Quilt

- I'm not a quilter, I'm a maker.
So, since I just finished my first quilt, I thought it would be good to customize it a little bit....MAKER STYLE!
I'm going to use my Maker brand from my friend Tony at Hillview Wood and Metal to make a custom leather tag. hillviewwm.com/

Can quilts / clothing / etc be washed if it has a leather tag on it?
I have washed this quilt, I just remoisturised the leather afterwards with some leather conditioner. Seems to be fine!
