The shortage was on purposes or born of the stupidity of greed. You may make millions and boast but if you don't compensate your workers fairly, you earned the slump you caused for yourself. They turned to women which will only result in a revolving door. Women don't do back breaking labor for cheap, they also get injured at a significantly higher rate. Dunno maybe some women want dirt pay for manual labor.
Construction lays off the highest paid after they teach the newbies how to..than they pay half the wages!!
No they won't lay off good tradesman that are good at their craft...the weak get laid off...
@@brendonpotts7961 Good luck to women then, they'll need it.
The industry is one of the most sexiest in the world.
I don't see her carrying any bricks or heavy equipment....could at least push a wheelbarrow.
that's good to hear
completed the NEW program with her :)) she’s awesome!
CBS News needs to talk about Ecosia they are a search engine that plants trees
2022, there shouldn't be any income gaps between genders. It's sad that is even still a thing.
go be a plumber and make a mans wage then
Why not. Women are productive as men and should get fair wages. The economy needs houses and building of houses is the best investment in the economy. More investments mean more employment, income, and growth,

Come back to reality pal
@@Rev-di1vl This is reality what you said doesn't make sense ,Your acting like women are so weak they can't do anything for themselves, They will be putting in the same work as everyone else ,unless you think all of construction jobs/positions requires you to be insanely strong and lift 300lb+ on the daily which is not the case, equality should be included for everyone even through this.
@@Tech_Nolyze You are sadly naive my friend, it isnt about being ABLE to do something, its the will to do it. Women en mass will not be taking blue collar jobs. Go look at how bad every industy is hurting for people. Where are all these strong independent women my simp friend?
@@Rev-di1vl this is a valid point.
There s no labor shortage lol. It’s just that many companies still like to hire whyte only 💡💡💡
I trust a construction company more than a racist liberal spreading hate here.
@@CosmicLogic-ts5vr America is getting brown and blacker at a fast rate as the whyte population gets older. Not mean just facts. And some companies do not like it thus forth the fake labor shortage 💡👍🏽
Facts 👏🏿 💯
I can tell you never set foot on a jobsite before.
Pay attention! This is the time where the women hood is being pushed by a certain group. What happened to that song, *THIS IS A MAN'S WORLD?* The narrative is that men are or have become lazy. That is total BS. Fair work for fair wages. The uncle Sam wants a slice of the pie.
Women definitely need to step up in construction & other male dominated industries. Why isn’t it 50% female?
With all due respect. The construction industry is very labor intensive, which is why not a lot of women find it appealing. I would love to see more women out in the field, believe me, but it is tough work.
Women ARE stepping up. They're STILL not being hired as often as men, despite having the same creditionals, or better ones.

Construction already takes to long, we don't need it taking any longer
Maybe we don’t want to
😂😅😂😂😂😅😅
😂😅
🤣 vvomen arnt gonna construction 🤣
Feminist where u at
What is the role of feminism here
Where in the hell do they come in? Nice Boogeyman you've got there
Pregnancy and construction don’t mix
How ? And who are you to tell that ?
Trying to make certain men look a certain way. Crazy narrative you are pushing. I know several people who are qualified and also looking for those jobs. How many men do you need? 🤏?
