I am 100% unspoiled but for me it is clear how the season will end:
First of, the final episode seems to be a 1h special, and I think it will contain mostly a fight between Muzan and Kagaya Ubuyashiki. So I guess you underestimate Kagaya here. He will come back to have his last fight. I think this is what the opening also is supposed to foreshadow.
