is it possible to reverse the OBJ into low polygon and export it to use with other animating programs while the detail of the noise can be export as normal map?
2 Million is totally reasonable for zbrush. In fact it's rather low. If you mean taking it into a different program to animate or into a game engine then you would need to create a low poly version and bake the details from the high poly onto the low poly using a normal map.
I'm gonna make a tutorial about how to make a eggnog. I will throw and egg into a bowl, add an undefined quantity on sugar and then i will say "that's it. Of course if you wanna a better result you have to do it better. You are welcome". Oh and I will use a mono channel for my high pitched voice and then I wil say "Sorry, I don't have time to record a better audio. I don't have time to create a better tutorial. I don't have time to do things by the rules. I just have time to fill my ego who desperately needs to be author of a tutorial, I can't sleep by night if I don't do it. Even if it's shitty uncooked ugly eggnog. Who cares? I teach people, bietcchies".

Sometimes when I apply noise to single polygroup or masked region, model goes cray cray. And I don't know why is this happening.
