I wish simpler perspectives of your narratives get developed as books like Amar Chitra Katha. Listening to your podcasts has given depth to my little knowledge of Ramayana and Mahabharata. I am also losing interest in other literary works. My brain is agog with excitement seeing your podcasts and thinking about them. Million thanks for your efforts.

Sir you are right about Valmiki Ramayana and the lineage of the great Saint as per Ithiyasa. But Skanda Purana and other folklores do not claim to be Ithiyasa but stories propagating the essense of Vedas. The story of Valmiki from Puranas and Bengali Ramayana is an attempt to promote social inclusiveness, to give the message that even a sinner can become a saint and a former Sinner who have now reformed should be accepted in the society with open arms.....for a thousand to hundred years such motivational stories to guide humanity should be appreciated and good intentions of the story writers acknowledge. Yes but stories needs to be seperated from Ithiyasa. Both can coexist thou as human realisation is the ultimate goal.

Nilesh ji I suddenly recall a bhajan from childhood in malayalam sung in our Bhajan mandli that is " Adi Kavyam rama mantram ramayanam yezudiya adi kavi valmiki veddan allo shivane yethu jadi yedu madam. It says Adi kavyam rama mantram ramayanam writer adi kavi valmiki was a hunter, hey shivane what jati what religion. Now I know where it call comes from. Unknowingly we toe their propoganda with pure heart of bhakti. Recently saw a official video of Govardhan Matt Puri where Nischalanand Saraswati - Puri shankaracharya was saying Valmiki ji was son of Varuna.

My Valmiki scriptures where installed 12,800 years ago by my Matsya Empire and moved people to restart using the bow and arrow as required in the new forest lands. As the people where spread over South Asia and South East Asia. ValMika to ValMiki. From Atar IMI IVI IIII to MIKA to MIKI to MIJI. = IMI IJI IIII. Th follows the installation of MIKA TH🔺to MI Katha installed in India, Indonesia, Malaya, Korea, Mongolia and Japan. Ram=Mar. ValMika was an installation of My Bhagwan IndraDev Chitroda I that was placed in new kingdoms until the senate Empire of My Bhagwan Ram Chitroda Empire was coronated with the VV. This was the second required installation due to migration and climate change and ice age. And then on from there to its popular Name of Ramayan written first by my Ancestor Bhagwan Anand Ji Chitroda as a Katha. ⚡️🤴🏽🕉🔺➕

Atleast I appreciate Manish Pandit who also didn't accept the 5561 BCE but he gave enough evidence from within Mahabharata and he presented the sanskrit verses to prove the accuracy of his date. I accept that most of the Indians aren't interested understanding their history properly. That is a tragedy.

Jayatīrtha: There's a story of Valmiki, you know that story?
    Gurudāsa: Maramaramaramaramaramara.
Jayatīrtha: Valmiki was a murderer, or a dacoit, thief. So he was met by Nārada Muni, I think.
    Prabhupāda: Yes, Valmiki.
Jayatīrtha: And he was advised by Nārada Muni to please chant the holy name of the Lord and give up this thievery. So he wouldn't. So instead Nārada Muni said, "You chant mara." Mara means death. So he agreed.
    Prabhupāda: Maramara, rāma.
Jayatīrtha: Later on, this Valmiki, he wrote the Rāmāyaṇa after having chanting rāma, mara, he became purified.
