West Point spares are not available and nobody cares. One of the most expensive model of blender WF 365 was so fragile that its jug base was broken with in three months after purchase. I have contacted their Service center many many times but no positive response from their side
It depends from where you purchase it. Try to buy from their authorized dealer. Do not buy from a departmental store.

More over I contacted directly to the Service Center behind Gul Plaza at least 20 times, but no one is genuinely interested to provide service. This attitude is pathetic
