The most severe injuries were caused by the wall and the artillery gun recoil. The rest is negligible especially the stun grenades - just little bit of noise. Mortar as well as the rocket grenades will only arm after calculated safe distance from the operator and requires much more "g" force to initiate the arming device.
I heard somewhere that the soldier who got hit by the breech of that gun actually did die.

Plot twist: The mortar shells wouldn't explode until they travel at least 20m and hit the ground with at least 15mph speed .The moments when they recorded these videos were actually of their training in special forces which used fake grenades with only pins and timer with 6 seconds and also some clips didn't had explosive grenade instead they had stun grenades or flashbangs.
