    Thanks coach this is my upcoming junior season and I’ve been a offensive lineman pretty much my whole life and i got move to nose gaurd/tackle and this helped alot

    Can someone tell me what the 30, 40, and 50 fronts are?

      Typically that would just be 3man, 4man, and 5man respectively. The number being the number of down defensive linemen
