    I've got prblem doing calibration for tranparent label. Did exactly as the video did, still cant detect the transparent label. Either it says load paper properly or it just keep going and give that same error. Do you have any advise?

      Transparent/clear labels are always difficult to detect with the gap sensor. If it's possible to sense off of an i-mark printed on the liner or some solid printed portion, that would be my best suggestion for this.
      On clear labels using RFID antennas, we've found sensing off of a solid portion of the antenna to be successful.

    hi, thank you for your video. after I did all this process, my machine still shows me the error #1028. It says "adjust sensor settings to match label type or clean the sensor" Can you help me with this?

      Yes, error 1028 is one of the most finicky errors that I've found on that printer. The ways I've gotten around this in the past is first, power down the printer by holding the power button down all the way until the lights are completely off (this is a hard shut down as opposed to the soft shut down which is done by just pressing the power button). Second, ensure your settings are still on "Gap" sensing and then do the auto-calibration procedure again by removing tags and calibrating to the liner. I would also suggest slightly moving your sensor plate even if it's just one click to try and change what the sensor is seeing.
      This usually fixes my issue, but let me know if this does not work!

      Are you printing with thermal transfer and ribbon? Also, does the printer accept the print command and try and execute the job or does it not respond at all?

      Just to confirm, if you send over a print command and the printer successfully executes the command, but the image isn't showing up, you need to check a few things:
      1. Ensure the ribbon is the correct orientation. Most ribbons have two sides, one is a matte finish, while the other side is shiny. The matte side should be down towards the ribbon because that is where the ink is.
      2. Ensure darkness is high enough. If image is too cloudy, power may be too high.
      3. Ensure print head pressure is set high enough. Too high and you'll have unnecessary wear to the print head, too low and you may not get a clear image.
      If the printer is sending over the print job but not executing the print at all, you may have a connectivity issue.
