Out of all the groups and songs of the 60's this is the best song of all time and the best group of all time. The aria at the beginning of the song is one of the most famous of all time. All have passed except for Otis. We were truly blessed to have the Temps around for as long as they were.

My favorite appearance of the Temptations on this program is when the group is performing "Beauty Is Only Skin Deep!" I love the way they move and groove to that record!
I swear Paul and Melvin look like twins when their dancing... they are so in sync... I forget about the singing sometimes, I'm so into the dancing... I know Eddie and Otis are also dancing, but you can't help but focus on Paul, and Mel... ❤ me some them !!!!

Love Dick Clark hosting Action and Bandstand. And I have never known him to announce anyone's name wrong. I don't think David really cared, but I certainly see why he felt the way he felt when the guys refused the Motown's decision to change their name when they decided to change all the other groups names. Here he is leading both songs, at least announce his name correctly. I realize it was an honest mistake, but.....
