My dad started cutting on weight and took a turn to his life about a year ago. He started mountain biking. On the gym and eating healthy with the MTB still, he went from about 200 lbs to 160 something. I was inspired and since I was too young to go to the gym, I said, Dad, can I go MTB with you? Eventually, he bought me a brand new bike and we went on trails as a family and as a duo. I’m so glad to have a new passion with MTB now. It’s been so fun!
