Just accept that your manufacturer scammed you saying blah blahhh features on low cost price which actually doesn't meet in some of your product. And what's the point of saying design in Nepal, when just by seeing we can all say it's a copycat product.

BTW product is good according to price but false marketing is totally unaccceptable. And it seems company was totally aware about it int the beginning itselg.

Yes sir, we actually called each and everyone who purchased Phoenix watch and Bolt chargers for their feedbacks saying if they think they had been scammed then we would refund. People can anytime reverify it by visiting us in the office as we have all the data.

@@astawolfnepal Just tell us if its amoled or not. and if not then apologize. It was kinda half ass apology but kudos for the team for providing 7 day refund policy and calling each customer personally. Everyone makes mistake but you guys did right things by coming forward

It 's nice that you guys are owning your mistakes. Remember crictics can be harsh in this business and you should learn to never mind them and rather improve upon their complaints.
And one suggestion: please remove that screeching wolf sound from the speaker everytime it starts up. We're already fed up with that Chinese lady saying _"bLuEtOoTh MODE"_ everytime we turn the Chinese speakers on. Ik it's for the brand signature and all but it is really irritating and cringe. Just keep some minimal negligible sounds like a chime or a bell. And another one: try improving the product design and quality substantially, (for an instance providing a better punchier bass in speakers) by doing some reverse engineering of already established premium products from reknown brands. That will help a lot. Infact paired with their cost efficiency, that's how most products from Chinese market take off.
