I really liked his "hinging and release" video Peter! This is something that I have been working on ever since I was first introduced to your channel. I strive to keep the left wrist straight and right wrist bent back with an upward cocking and downward uncocking of the wrists. This, of course, is in conjunction with allowing the club to work as it was designed. Good Job Peter! Keep Up The Good Work! Merry Christmas to you and your staff!
Agreed. Peter makes it seem so simple and it is right? Golfers overthink sometimes. Peter takes that out of equation. Thanks Mr. Knight
Thanks John
Very good explanation of the golf swing.
Thanks Bob
Holy crap John malkovich is teaching golf now! Wow and a good coach/teacher the guys good at everything 🤣
Very good presentation Peter, thanks.
Thanks Eric.
Thanks Peter great instruction. Wondering what your view is on the volume of information on the web promoting little or no rotation through the ball. I play of an index of 2 and keep flicking between holding the face "square" and what I would call releasing it and letting it rotate. To me it's logical to let the face rotate more as it's designed to do. Need to choose a route for next season 🙄
If your body stops rotating it will cause the wrists to flip. Yes, it is natural to allow the clubface to rotate.
Do you hinge the wrists or does it happen from the weight of the club and inertia? Thanks
Mostly the club’s momentum. Stay away from deliberately hinging.
I am a beginner golfer and see that your lead hand or wrist is not flat when you address the ball but should be through the swing. Am I right or have I misunderstood ? I have been told I should see two or three knuckles at address.
That’s correct.
