@@carrington2949Nobody in Europe go bankrupt if you get cancer or lost the health insurance. Every firm have to pay insurance for the employees and you have to pay potentially from your income. If you don't have a job, the country will pay for your health care. We don't have the US system.
@@life_fits You are blessed. My uncle went directly from chemo back to his job. He only had so many sick days. You can eventually qualify for state funded medical care, but you have to be completely broke and exhausted all of your resources.

I suspect this video was done awhile ago and she's been in chemo for many MONTHS now.
She OBVIOUSLY she would have known her diagnosis and started treatment within days of surgery - it not before her surgery.
i suspect they had hoped not to have to use the video but the fake photos were not working.
She started that she had to recover from the operation, before having chemotherapy. Stop speculating.

Decades ago I had an inconclusive biopsy of a breast lump. It took a second biopsy, and about six weeks of living in limbo, before I got
a definitive diagnosis of benign.
Since January a close friend has undergone multiple imaging tests for a suspicious lung lesion (multiple x-rays, then CAT, then CT with PET) and about two weeks ago a needle biopsy. Her needle biopsy, like mine years ago, is inconclusive. She is consulting with multiple doctors now about what to do next. She's been living in diagnostic limbo longer than I had to.
Chemo is not usually done immediately after surgery. Most chemo compromises the immune system, it would be dangerous to shut down the immune system while healing from major surgery. Breast cancer patients usually start chemo about a month after surgery, for example.
