There is a hidden meaning to everything: you have the “Golani” tree upside down (a whole unity of 18 years old soldiers that were killed in the attack in their beds), people in white clothes for the Simhat Tora (the holy holiday that happened in the day of the attack) and people dancing (in memory of the Nova kids) and people being swept away for the hostages.

The first ever Eurovision party from Isreal had the singer ( it was one singer with no dancers are backup singer) in loos outfits. The reason? Toons of murderr threats. She had a bulletproof vest under her clothes. I wander if this kind of tactic will be reinstated this year. From the one hand the threats to Israelis going abroad and representing Isreal only grows , On the other hand, it’s not something that a singer like Eden can do ! The upside down tree represents the trees where the nova dancers had to go and hide beneath from the evil that was chasing them. No wonder they added the hard breaths on that part. They were running and hiding for their lives.

Your country and mine are not exactly friends, to put it mildly... and I hate to say it! I'm so tired hearing that one country hates another country. But like how and why? We can research history and draw boundaries, but the guilty people here are those who allowed these conflicts to escalate to this point and those who allowed power and money to be prioritized against humaneness and humanity. Yes, I am an Arab guy who loves his country, his roots and who loves all Jews, all Christians, all Hindus and every single people who support peace and love instead of killing, despite of their religion, skin color, nationality, gender or sexuality. I hate that I should be afraid to say it loud and I hate that everything in the media screams to me who I should hate instead of spreading tolerance, focusing on how similar we all are at the end of the day. I’m quite annoyed at the Eurovision community, many for not even acknowledging or reacting to the song, it shows how many in the community are political even though these are the people who preach that Eurovision should be about the music. Thanks for being real even as many aren’t, and are worried about losing subscribers or backlash from a loud minority.
This song is political. It tries to make people who defend Palestine feel bad. It talks about the victims of a massacre in Israel, a very tragic event that in no way justifies the genocide of +30.000 people as retaliation, including 10.000 children. What's wrong with the world?

Our husbands and sons are still on the front lines, there's still around 120,000 people displaced and so many wounded. We know you don't care and you think we're not allowed any human feelings because you have already decided, from miles away, that we're monsters, based on whatever you see on the news, based on whatever assumptions you make from wherever you live.
Please, support Palestine, be my guest. Send aid, protest, boycott, do whatever you can to help the ones you care about. We're still gonna be here, still human, you might want to come to terms with that.
