In just those few breakdowns Trent gave, my understanding as a fan for what the Oline is trying to do grew exponentialy. The interplay between speed power types of rush and how they minimize momentum, how to angle and position their stance. Man i thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed that breakdown. Reminded me of BJJ
The first time I realized how much goes into what he does was the interview he did with Joe Staley. Two LTs talking shop and you understand there's so much more going on.

I grew up a Redskins fan. I was a Redskins fan my whole life and my two favorite players were Sean Taylor and Trent Williams. After the way they treated Trent Ill never support that organization again. Trent was the best player on that team for years and always played his heart out even though we fucking sucked most of those years. I rarely watched football since all that shit happened but Trent is still my favorite player. Glad he's getting all the recognition he deserves. Love that dude

I got 2 stories about how I knew Trent was the 1. When we were in 12th grade, we were playing tackle football after school. Trent caught a pass and that 5 star RB he mentioned couldn't catch him for 40 yards. Trent was like 290lbs at that time.
