Not only am I making some of your recipes for my family but also going to use them when I am working with my blind clients teaching cooking skills. These in particular are great as I just had a client ask to learn to cook whole meat protein dishes such as chicken breasts and pork chops. They don’t have a variety of kitchen cooking appliances and these will be just great as they don’t require extra appliances. Also my family loves begging my lesson plan test tasters😋 Thank you for all your ideas and ongoing help to families.

Hi Julia, I just cooked your pasta pizza chicken. Of course I can't find the video you prepared it in. Found it now.. 50 meals. You did say it would be flavorful. Tried, true and tested. You were the saving grace in my little 8 year old grandsons life. He loved the pizza chicken, the pasta, tomato sauce, pepperoni and melted mozzarella with garlic knots I added for him. The dinner was outstanding, the most important thing is family likes it eats it!!! I do not throw food away, never have. At today's prices I had to explain to him that we clean our plates 🍄🌈💕👍. I love your recipes!! You are such a normal person and you cook for normal people. Your dinner was such a winner. It will go into grandma's cookbook referencing you. I'll make it again and I loved the taste of it. I did Turkey pepperoni and no one is the wiser. Big hug from Baltimore.

Hi Julia. I made the mozzarella stuffed meat loaf and vegetables. The meatloaf was the most delicious I’ve ever had. Once again, I can’t believe I made something that tastes this good. I added a butternut squash (chopped in small cubes) to the vegetables (and another tablespoon of olive oil). I don’t think I needed the extra oil, but the squash added so much flavor (and made for a nice big plate). Thank you so much for teaching me how to cook!!!

Julia I did this earlier this week. I substituted the mini meatloaf with chicken tenderloins. I brushed them along with the green beans and red potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion salt. My family loved it especially my daughter. Thank you for this!

Honestly I can't decide if I prefer sheetpan meals more or slow cooker meals. Especially with so many things going on in December. I really like to just relax and enjoy the chaotic month. Sheetpan fajita and a sausage and root veggies pan I do. Another tip for the meals with marinade, when you buy the meat it's cheaper in bulk so if your separating a pkg of chicken or pork chops into freezer bags, add the marinade and freeze. Next morning before work let it defrost in the fridge for the day. Even the stuffed chicken breats can prepped ahead with the cheese and bacon and freeze in bags.

Oh Julia, these all look wonderful! And I love the idea of starting the meat to marinade before going off to work in the morning. Makes dinner that much easier to get on with when you get home. Oh Julia, these all look wonderful! And I love the idea of starting the meat to marinade before going off to work in the morning. Makes dinner that much easier to get on with when you get home. Frozen veggies are a great shortcut to getting dinner in the oven more quickly. Thank you as always so much for sharing these wonderful recipes!
