My mom taught me to see when I was a kid. It’s come in handy over the years, buttons, holes, tears in clothes. Even learned how to use the sewing machine to make a few bean bags. That was the 80’s. I like fixing things and sewing is just another skill. But I’ve seen a few of these fancy ways to sew up rips in clothes and I wanna try it myself. It looks cool when it’s done, so why hide it? I’m gonna try on my ripped work pants. Thanks!

It gives me end of the world vibes where we all walk around with patched up clothing with random things used as patches. and some make shift clothing made of rubbish.
