You know, there was always something about that baritone part in Hay. In the lower octave it sounds fine, but once we took it up, it lost the magic (it’s been that way for years lol). That first A sounded rough and it loses the groove in the higher octave. That being said, the rest of it was straight and they have a good sound for their size this year. I look forward to hearing the ballads, that’s when you get the true musical representation of the Force!
You can always count on the keyboard tough guys to say something like that. Yes, they’re small and have not always been this size historically. Marched 200+ in late 80s, early 90s. They’ll get back to that size.
