Easy, simple, cheap and delicious MOLIDO candy or Sweet potato candy!! Perfect snack or dessert!!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo sweet potato
1 cup brown or washed sugar
1 cup dessicated coconut (if fresh is available, much better)
2 tbsp crushed peanut
Boil sweet potato them mash.
In a cooking pan, stir all ingredients until sugar caramelized (thick dough like texture) in a low heat.
Transfer to a flat surface cover and roll flat.
Cool down completely (1 hour) . Slice..
