Here's some tips.
when you go play you most likely want weapons and there's a chance a axe spawns upstairs and the metal bat is usually downstairs.
the gas mask is a must need and spawns on the rack in the front doors and in both bathrooms.
the backpack is also a must need and spawns upstairs, rack, and it most of the time spawns somewhere downstairs.
the map is optional but you will need it for long term survival.
the blueprint isn't the most useful as its like almost Impossible to get more duct tape.
the toolbox is optional as you can get it when exploring the neighborhood but its still a optional item.
you want to grab medkits whenever you can as they become scarce in late game
when your playing multiplayer you want to have at least 1-2 people at the bunker at all times to make sure no mobs spawn and swarm you when you get back.
trading isn't the most important but you might want it for less mob spawn and etc.

Radiant Residents is a good game. Especially if you get yourself a dependable teammate.

(don't mind the name) the maps so the market is food water and aid kits, but have troubles, the hospital is for mostly aid kits, the neighborhood is for like other things like batteries and things can happen like people shooting, bile print is near the TV of where you start the game (not the bunker) also the toolbox helps fix the wall to for roof and walls for a zombie attack, next the vents is where some things happen like rats which need mice traps, spider is for bug spray so check it time to time, the clown have different things for you to do, also you can go crazy so the food that attack is that, and the cow thing is for the neighborhood, found by the map, and which people can go in your vent so close the vent, and also things will happen and computer so check it time to time, probably lastly the computer have trades which you need or not and the events that happen is connected to the computer, hope this helps when you play Radiant Residence in which SSundee team is amazing(wonder what happen to Henry or that's just me).
By the way the hospital, when you hear a bell or something, that means that he is coming and he hears you when near but is blind
