- There are many “bad” words in English. We can call these words curse words or swear words. I believe learners of English need to learn these words. Many learners say embarrassing things because they don’t realize what the bad words are. Watch this video to learn why you should learn the bad words and what the bad words in English are. What do you think? Should English learners learn the “bad” words or not? www.engvid.com/why-you-should...

You are the best teacher!
I learnt a lot from your lessons..
Thanks a ton Emma mam 🙏🙏🙏
hi, emma, i have found someone down your teach video for sale in the wechat.
We love you
I used bad words with my 🐈😺
I'm a very bad girl on CZcams channel 😜
It was so fantastic how Emma was uncomfortable with those words and she still wanted to give students the option of using or avoiding those words. Thank you.
She is damn strong and brave. Emma, I appreciate you raising my awareness.
Emma teacher is a committed teacher of English language.
💯💯
She's the best
Committed? What does it mean?
So true.
@@robertangelow committed; committing. transitive verb. : to put into another's charge or trust : entrust, consign. committed her children to her sister's care. : to place in a prison or mental hospital especially by judicial order.5
Ema, you are truly one of the most exceptional teachers I have had the privilege of encountering on CZcams. Your passion for teaching and your ability to convey information with remarkable clarity and effectiveness is truly inspiring. As an English teacher in my country, your instruction and delivery have been invaluable to me, and I cannot thank you enough for the immense impact you have had on my own teaching practice.
True it's pretty important to know the bad words
Thanks Emma for having the professionalism and courage to learn topics like that. It is very educative ! Keep doing the great jog!
We wait for your lessons patiently 😊

Congratulations. I really hate band words, but I understand that it's important to know about, even to avoid them. And you were very polite in this class. Thank you for it.
The first time I realized I could understand English was in one of your videos. I understood most of the words and guessed the others by context, it happened a few years ago. That day I got really happy, that is why you have a special place in my heart forever.
In British English Arse is the swearword, so if you are using it as an alternative it won't work.
Thank you too to deliver this lesson.
I really like the way you make a difference in those confusing words!!!!
Indeed there are people who learn better by focusing on detecting the wrong questions than detecting the right ones, a question of state of mind or personality functioning.
On the films always use Bad words, they are easy to learn jaja thanks teacher Emma, your english classes are easy to understand, your accent is cool!
If we learn a language that is not our mother tongue, we still need to learn bad words or inappropriate words. If we don’t we might end up smiling when someone using offensive words to us. So I mean we still need to know different meaning of bad words or exact meaning. Thank you for your lesson lovely teacher, it really help us.
Edit: Don't get me wrong guys.I don't teach children inappropriate words or behaviors. The teacher said it in the video like "Not for children". Kids nowadays learn on their own.
Yeah, we need to learn bad words, but think of the KIDS. There are many kids who are watching these vids, and they're gonna see these and learn inappropriate words at this young age.
Don't teach your children bad or inappropriate words
@@rifahmarcella3867 Do your job as a parent, then.

@@rifahmarcella3867 naur, why r u watching this 😭
Very good video. Thanks for sharing. more or less the same day your released this video, there was an article in a Dutch newspaper about a teacher who was teaching similar words in Dutch language to Ukrainian people, refugees, because he wanted them to know those words, so they they would know when (not) to use them.
Thank you for your lesson. Bad words are very important for learning, because it's part of language.

I’ve recently done B1 level but I didn’t think it’s very good as want to study abroad. I watch some foreign channels on CZcams and there’s often fast and difficult language there, so I often don’t understand it and feel upset. However, I watched this video and understand ALMOST EVERYTHING! An hour ago I couldn’t imagine I can understand something like this. Your video and this experience have impressed me, and now I don’t think I’ve been wasting my time during the last years. Thank you so much for your videos!
P.S. I also learned much about bad words)
Hello, can you give me some tips? I'm A1 yet. Do you have some tip to learn more vocabulary and how to do it efficiently? And how to train and improve my listening level?
Thank you for this useful lesson best wishes
Hi, Emma
Appreciate your efforts.
Thank you,
So good to see emma again, i watched her years ago, and i loved her videos, good to see it again !
The thought of someone casually saying “how the fuck is your day going?” to a kid is hilarious lol

La ignorancia se supera sabiendo lo bueno, lo malo y lo feo; en cualquier asunto. Gracias Emma!
Si lo feo esta incluido tienes que conocerme
Como se traduz "Ela é tão rosinha"??
Hi, Teacher Emma, I'm great thanks to you for this lecture.

Thank you so much. Interesting English lesson
Have a good evening 👍
Thanks Emma so much!
Because I did not know da*n was actually a curse word and helped me a lot, really it was helpful!
Thank you, Teacher.
Love the video as always. You keep your lectures on point and, I love the way you approach us about every specific topic. By the way Ms. Can you bring more videos with your sister about family topics? Is so funny and entertainment when you guys bond and bring an alternative way to learn English when it comes to family matters 🤭
Emma, thank you for teaching us this.
One interesting point is that, about the last word, the one that starts with N-.
In Portuguese, until some time ago, it was the opposite, if we get the literal translation, actually, the word "black", when referring to a person, would be considered offensive while the other would be the regular word that describes a person's skin color.
Same as in Russian
I am Brazilian, and still uncomfortable with the word "Black" to refer to skin color in portuguese. When a I was a child, calling a person of Black was something really racist😮 my father and my sister are Black, but they don't call themselves black
Thank you, Emma, for this video. It was very helpful, especially about different pronunciations of bad and good words.
I think I tend towards pronouncing horror like 'horr-o', and never felt close to ambiguity. After Emma explained her pronunciation (more like 'horr-r') and worries about ambiguity; I started thinking about how they are different and why.
I think there are different ways to pronounce horror, and depending on which it can cause ambiguity:
Horr-or : including all parts, but makes it kind of a tongue twister, that slows you down.
Horr-r : skipping the second 'o', makes it easier , but it easily resemble one syllable 'horrr', causing ambiguity
Horr-o: skipping the last 'r', makes it easier, while you easily keep the second syllable, mitigating ambiguity.
Emma you are such a polite and effective communicator. Loved the fact that we had to get to @9:42 for your F-bomb!
Wonderful video! I wrote a paper on bad words in English years ago, so I'm quite familiar with talking about the topic. You expressed the spirit of talking about taboo words very well. You don't need to be explicit to talk about them and at the same time make people aware of potential effets they have on listeners or readers. You must warn your audience that it is a sensitive topic and even you as a teacher may find yourself in an awkward position because this or that word may touch your personal feelings on the matter. We should all learn bad words in any languageAs teachers, we should show our students what they are and what to do with them and let our feelings and conceptions are about them show. And let each one decide what to do with them! Congrats, dear!
Thank u so much, you always help us❤
Thank you ❤
Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you Emma ❤️
Watching the way you were so embarrassing about those words, especially at the end, I could guest your feelings when you finish the video...😅😅
Thanks for the lesson by the way !!!
I do appreciate such a very embarrassing lesson to you,Emma.
I can't imagine if this content is explained in my mother tongue.
Very useful information. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Emma! You are a great English teacher. You teach English very well. I love watching your videos.
Thanks for learning us❤🎉
Hi mam I'm a kid but I often use bad word it because when I get aggressive but I don't use in front of everyone.
I always tell my students that these words are very strong. It is difficult to make them understand that when you are not in an english speaking country. Thanks for the nicer alternatives.
I loved this class. Thanks for showing an option for the life that I won’t be using at all.
I am pretty much confident about my english but I find myself very akward when native people use their slangs. Being a non english speaker , it is very annoying when I fail to understand what they are actually expressing 😅😅. Thses words will ofcourse help in some extent. I will be glad if you bring a video about the most commonly used slangs. Thanka a lot emma❤
I have been using the word "Damn" in every darn comment I made on social media, and if you hadn't tell us about it, I would have been using it for the rest of my life. Thank you. This video helped me a lot.
Many thanks
Mastering the bad words is very important When learning a foreign language
Thannk you so much Emma. I just love slang and colloquialisms myself. In contemporary Turkish we use the word "argo" taken from French. Ottomans would call slang "lisan-ı erazil" (language of lowlifes).
Thanks Emma! ❤
Emma you just amazing ❤❤❤ GOD bless you and merry Christmas 🎁🎄
great teacher ever
Ms. Emma you are best teacher.
Thank you !
Thank you
Thank You very much Emma
From now on I 'm gone use the expression "scary movie" as well...I will leave to others the pronunciation of "horror movie"... Just one good example of what I learn here with this lesson clip. Keep up the good work. 💯
Thank you ❣️
I have a problem with reading and writing and I need advice from you ❣️
Nice topic to teach, dear teacher. Thank you🙏
Thank you Emma
Thanks Emma .
Thank you very much❤❤❤
I have seen people from US react to working in denmark and they were quite surprised that the f word is spoken constantly even at workplaces.
Thanks a lot!
I've been learning from you Chanel for many years from India 🇮🇳
Thanks Emma
