Tips on Prepping Fine Curly Hair and Getting a Smooth Hairstyle

In this hairstyle tutorial, I'm styling on 4 year old Rosie. She has a very fine curly hair type. I wanted to show you how we prep her hair as well as offer some tips along the way.
