What is TemTem?

Nessla can be found easier at the very bottom right of the map. Was finding them every other encounter. Its a tiny water patch below someones house.

Please note, go for Nessla first, that way you can start hunting for Oceara with your Nessla being able to hit very hard against those water types with its electric moves!

Also just so people know, for Nessla, you can actually find it towards the bottom right corner of the map. If you head towards the house with the mother and the 4 kids, and go around the back, there is a boy swimming in a small pool. In that pool you only encounter Fomu and Nessla’s
I actually used ganki to get nessla with right trait.. i used Electric move to those until i found one that didnt took dmg :)

Damn I thought Nessla was the legendary one, I caught Oceara on my first encounter which was the second fight in that cave
They both sound very good. Oceara straight up is the harder hitter. But Nessla will have more longevity if you plan around it's electric absorb.
Between Oceara and Nessla, I think it depends on your team as well as personal preference. Nessla is more well-rounded and has the bonus of electric synthesize. Where Oceara is more of a speedy special attacker and it's already high special attack is boosted with hydrologist. I'd use both interchangeably depending on the situation.

nice guide man.. unfortunately, when I finally found the Oceara, I forgot to bring a lot of Temcards, Oceara is pretty stubborn to be captured.. I spend all my temcards and failed to capture it.. small pp moment..

Nice video! Just thought I'd mention that Nessla's actually a 10% encounter rate, not sure about Oceara though. I've been shiny hunting for Nessla's for about two days now. Trust.

Both look really cool, but think Nesla would be my pick, because of self heal, and the stats show for a more prolonged fight.
The immune to poison ability on Oceara helped me a TON... near... the airship. If you know, you know.
But yeah. When you're about to leave on the airship, and if you've got the other non-hydrologist Oceara, keep it at the front of your party. Trust me.
I catched Oceara in my 5th encounter XD sometimes it's just so easy
But if your Temtem have bad stats it's useless. The challenge is to have with good stats. I Catched my 2nd with almost very good stats everywhere except spdef. I have 3 Oceara with medium stats.

I haven't reached the first dojo. I have skail, ganki, houchic, loali, and tuwai. Who should I keep? get rid of? Who do I need to get just for having a good team
Oh and just put two Nessla in your team and have them chain lightning nonstop. Theyll heal each other.

I got ElectricSynthesize on my first Nessla but have ended up getting 2 Mithridatism Oceara so now i have to look for third

what do you think about SV's stats of those temtem hard to get? Should I farm them or are they good enough even with lol stats?
Breeding is the only thing to do in end game. Don't focus on them for story completion.

Hello Abdallah i think the tem with the healing ability would come in handy on my team as you said healing is important in temtem also having two out the same time with the same ability man you would be unstoppable like op and also nissiea with two of them with same ability that would be cool thank you Abdallah for that tip i use that in my playthrough plus i gave you a thumbs up keep up the good work man

Don't take immune to poison for granted! I've been in a lot battles (especially with Max) where it saved me and they kept trying to inflict poison on Oceara instead of attacking. And mine got perfect SVs in SpAtk (50) so I wasn't going to be that picky on finding another lol
Missed opportunity for sure. Hydrologist is FAR superior than Mithridatism. Use that other one for breeding.

I got Nessla in the south of the first island before entering turquesa under the house where you get the three quests from the three kids in the house. You get all south you down the stairs and you swim next to the box. I d'ont know the odds tho.

I ran into a Nessla elsewhere, long after having caught it in the area you used though. Broke a ton of balls though, and I had to bail a few until I got the electric absorb.
I recommend letting Ganki zap Nessla to check for the absorb so you don't waste your time. Chain Lightning on the left enemy hitting 2 targets AND healing Nessla is too good in the first region.

If you care about SVs take into account that the Oceara he obtained was near D tier. If its 3 or less green (especially in sub-categories) its worth just releasing the tem. You'll likely need to spend a significant amount of time here in order to catch a single Oceara, let alone one that above average.
This is absolutely true. Luckily, I'm just in it to play through the main story. Hopefully breeding will help alleviate the low SVs.
So are There other places to catch them and do they have better SV at other places?
@@sakutaro3musik486 So far the only location we know of for Oceara is in this cave location. The SV of a Temtem is completely random though which is why I wanted to clarify for people that getting a "good" Oceara may take significantly longer as its a 5% catch rate, and then from there maybe only a 10% chance that it will even be worth using in your final team.

I like Nessla better, that self heal tho, but man you are seriously undervaluing mithraditism. Poison is a big deal. 3/8ths of your health gone? Plus attacking while the conditions runs it's course? Any condition immunity is pretty valuable, but this one even more so.

You can breed female Ocearas with any male water temtem, therefore consider yourself lucky you keep getting females :P
