- Hi friend! It's Part 2 of my Aldi grocery haul and meal prep ideas!
Today I am going to share with you my Aldi haul plus more easy dinner ideas from Aldi!
Dinner recipes on the menu -
1- Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Bowls
2- Burger night!
3- Ravioli night!
4- Roasted Sausage with Peppers and Onions
5 - Slow Cooker Chicken Enchiladas
6 - Chicken Parmesan
7 - Easy Crispy Orange Chicken (or just kick the chicken in the slow cooker with the sauce or cube chicken and cook in a skillet and toss with sauce).

That's 7 easy-go to dinner recipes! I don't plan ahead what I am going to make each day unless it's an ingredient that needs to be used up first. Most of the time I decide the night before or the morning what I'm going to make with the "pool" of dinner ingredients I've picked for the week or let the family pick.

Hi Jenn , I love Aldi too. I also Prep my meals. It's a great way to stay on your Budget and to have your meals ready in the refrigerator and ready to cook. If I don't have something Prep and ready we are bad about just picking up something from a restaurant, that cost more and not as healthy for you. And don't taste as good either. Hi Jenn. I was laughing as you unpacked your bags because it looked just like my grocery order from Aldi this week. The chicken sausage with peppers and onions is always a favorite of ours as well as the chicken parm. Fyi, I have tried both the burger and chicken grilling seasoning and both are very good. I use them year round in various chicken and beef recipes, just to "kick up" the recipe. Enjoy your week of delicious meals.😊

They have Bulgogi meat at my Trader Joe’s already marinated like two or 3 pounds. I would use that Korean barbecue sauce with it sounds delicious!

Thanks for the meal ideas, Jenn. Aldi's has some great finds. I'll have to look at the items at Aldi's to check out the sodium content of the "prepared" items; especially if considering eating them several times a week.
Hi! The sodium is definitely higher in those which I noticed too but occasionally they are nice for a quick meal and beats going out. 😉

Yes! Coffee is a must! 😉☕️ I’m so glad to hear you love the 90 second rice. Have you tried the quinoa one too? They are so convenient. I’m slowly getting my kids into them. LOL!
@MotherThyme We haven't tried quinoa yet. We have had the barley and lentils, which is good with a little dab of butter.

I went to Aldi today… I got the stuff for the smoothie- idk- with it being green- it’s just hard for me to drink it…lol…but alot of ppl fix green smoothies… it was good- I would fix again- I’m going to try the other smoothie also…I also cooked the Greek Chicken Bowls last week…they are awesome- I got thighs by mistake- still good…will get breast next time… thank you so much for sharing- love ❤️ your recipes!

Hey Jenn. My neice does all of her meal prepping on Monday when she is off work. She loves doing that. My husband cringes when i put butter on rice. Im from Georgia so i have to. He is Japanese and acts like it is a sin to butter rice!
