UX metrics refer to quantifiable, measurable, and reliable data points that allow us to measure, compare, and track the user experience over time and evaluate the effectiveness of our UX strategy. In this talk, we'll be looking at some of the most commonly used metrics and how they can help us prove the value of UX.
Watch this talk to get actionable learnings on UX metrics from Maria Panagiotidi, Senior UX Researcher at Oyster HR, and hear how she uses them in her daily work.

Hi Maria and Hana, thank you very much for such well-structured information. I've just started working with Metrica, so your video is very helpful for me. I want to clarify:
    1. Maria, you mentioned that you would share the links and books in your linkin, sorry but I can't find it. Could you please share them here?
    2. Is it a good idea to track reviews in the Apple store for the Happinesses metric?
