  • Aboard the Earth-orbiting International Space Station, NASA astronauts Rick Mastracchio and Mike Hopkins, both Expedition 38 flight engineers, send down their best wishes for a happy Thanksgiving. Their Russian crewmates, Commander Oleg Kotov and Flight Engineers Sergey Ryazanskiy and Mikhail Tyurin, show off the station's galley where the crew will be preparing and enjoying a Thanksgiving meal.

Thanks for sharing. You know I actually felt a little motion sickness from watching your video! I think the Cosmonauts have better food than you guys but I'm guessing it's also a little messier. I have a question: is there a constant air rushing sound on the space station? If so, does it increase your stress level? I've have worked in clean rooms and found the constant air rushing to be very taxing on the nerves.

Very appreciating " Thanks giving Food" in the space. How are astronauts managing their such type of tasty and glorious food in space? They arrange and manage all needed items through in proper way. Space scientists are showing such a manner to keep it up on the earth. They are much busy in the space in searching something new to our society to get success in the mission and self maintenance is also a challenge for them .They are setting example to our home planet,Earth.

On the labels of Russian products it is written "soup-puree" (soup is the basis of a healthy diet in Russia), "beef" and on a tin can "meat with vegetables." All this is delicious. And all this was developed by nutritionists for astronauts. Still, unlike the Americans, the Russians have been flying to the station since 1986.
Any Russian will read what is written on the label in English. Are you, gentlemen, Americans, able to read something in Russian? How are you going to capture Russia without being able to read the name of the settlement?))))
