- Hello my amazing friendos!
Happy national chocolate chip cookie day! Today I felt like treating myself, so I made myself a cookie pie filled with peanut butter cups, and vegan nutella, and then I topped it with more vegan nutella and vegan m&ms! I also decided to share the recipe with you guys as well! I really hope you enjoy!

Recipe:
-1 Cup Vegan Butter (Softened)
-1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
-1 Flax Egg
-1-2 Tsp Vanilla
-2 1/2 Cups Flour
-1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
-Pinch of Salt
-1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Bake at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
(I do 20 minutes because I like mine gooey)

I used 8 inch but I’ve also used 6 inch. 8 inch is easier to eat but if you want a thicker pie use 6 inch. I hope you like it!!🥰

@@cambriadevries yes! both! i have been using stevia sweetened flavor to water and so far it seems to not be causing sugar spikes or raising blood sugars. for fun i have sugar free popsicles but those have the artificial sweeteners in them which is NOT ideal at ALL ugh! i will be SO excited if you can come up with some fun yummy alternatives :) thank you........seriously you have NO idea how much this means to me :)
