- In this video I am teaching Kara to hit gap jumps on her MTB at Hadleigh park which its where the 2012 Mountain bike Olympics where hosted. Kara is a complete MTB beginner but she is progressing so fast and for me teaching her its been really rewarding seeing her progress to this level. Hitting Black MTB trails is a real achievement and I am stoked to see kara's progress.
We started on the basics and progressed through beginner MTB tricks, learnt how to ride corners, hills and common bike park features including tabletop jumps and drop off's however in this video Kara is sending crazy black trails!
In this video Kara is using her Haibike ALLMTN 3.0 e bike!

My local bike park has some black trails with super long techy steep rock gardens and when I first started riding them on my hardtail, I often had to get off and walk, then i learned to ride them and now im racing over them!! Cara is also progressing super fast, she's so lucky that she's got such a good teacher and such a good bike!!

Went to Hadleigh previous weekend in the rain, still loved alot of these sections, some would of been a disaster due to slippery surfaces, but was such a joy. Always a go to place for me now to keep on top of technical biking
