Need to build a set of Scotch Blocks for your trailer with a chain to and around the frame.. I've winched 2 ton trucks on my 20 foot car trailer and it didn't move an inch

That might go harder than steering a tractor that ain't running... lucky you ... some of the planks are loose in the bed but then the ones that are will be in the field where they jumped out/LOL.
